This is a new role for the learning division of the organization and an opportunity to build on the foundation of success which has been established thus far.
This department is responsible for the global delivery of programs to both internal and external resources and the organization has recently received accreditation. Course of studies will vary and continuously evolve, and are supported by research, quality assurance processes and certification standards. As a key member of the LD team, this role will participate in Training Boards with other stakeholders and will provide input into workflow and scheduling according to training needs. Courses of study are executed through a variety of means such as interactive lectures, gamification, synchronous and asynchronous courses, etc. Candidates who will be considered must demonstrate their expertise instructional design through a variety of mediums including online, e-learning, in class, etc. Creative and immersive ways of delivering content may also include gamification, AI or VR technology. Examples of well-structured interactive lectures, small group activities, case studies or peer learning activities will be required as part of a portfolio of prior design and execution content.
