Global Campaign Director – Toronto, Canada | Permanent

We're working with a global client (a Top 100 Employer!) to find a hands-on Director, Global Campaigns to build pipeline via campaigns and programs to join their team full-time in north Toronto.

In this role you you'll work across marketing teams to create and deliver campaign experiences across multiple channels - traditional and nontraditional - to inspire global 10K business leaders around the globe to listen, learn and engage. You will report into the VP of Demand Generation & Digital Marketing.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of campaign managers who are working closely with product marketing to delivering compelling campaigns that communicate business value, all within a common campaign framework for the regional marketing community to leverage
  • Work with internal creative team, product marketing social and digital teams to design integrated multi-touch top of funnel campaigns
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates
  • Forecast, measure, test, analyze and report on the impact of campaign activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales velocity
  • Accountable to the VP of Demand for delivering pipeline quota that converts to revenue
  • Develop and seek cross functional buy-in of the campaign briefs
  • Work with the product and digital hubs team to define segment marketing to inform asset and offer creation based on campaign performance
  • Work with the marketing operations team to optimize lead flow, database use and growth, metrics and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Solid global campaign strategy development and execution experience with an agency or B2B software company
  • Solid understanding of pipeline development and demand waterfall
  • Strong messaging, persona and buying cycle experience required
  • Data driven analytical skills that align with how to think about campaigns and their outcomes
  • Solid writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise selling preferred
  • Agile
  • Ability to influence in a multi-reporting/accountable environment in order to deliver on expected outcomes
  • Ideally 7+ years-experience in B2B marketing, demand generation and campaign development
  • MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred
