Business Challenge

Our client faced a unique challenge to find a ‘unicorn’ XR Developer for a one-year contract working on a unique and never done before project they sold to a global entertainment brand.

Our Approach

Understanding there are only a handful of XR Developers in the entire US that would be right for our clients’ project - and the fact they needed to have the individual identified, interviewed and confirmed in less than three weeks, we got to work.  We did a ton of research, built out a strategy and executed it quickly in addition to asking our trusted network for referrals.

The Results & Impact

Four candidates were identified and presented, three of which were interviewed and they successfully hired their number one pick, with a strong back-up. Timeline and budget met - and they found their unicorn.
