A growing real estate development and investment firm focused on building vibrant residential and mixed-use communities. Known for its entrepreneurial culture, design-focused approach, and hands-on team, the company continues to expand its portfolio across key urban markets.

Business Challenge

The company was hiring its first Brand Designer to lead a rebrand and help define its market position. Success in this role required a well-rounded designer with strong branding, UI, and marketing design expertise, capable of bringing the brand to life across digital and print channels.

Equally important was finding someone who could thrive in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment, adaptable, hands-on, and a strong cultural fit for a close-knit team where collaboration and a team-first mindset are essential.

Our Approach

Following a thorough discovery session, we developed a tailored recruitment strategy focused on finding candidates with experience building brands, driving growth, and generating new opportunities. We also prioritized professionals with strong project management skills and hands-on experience working with agency and third-party partners. To meet the client's bilingual hiring needs, we expanded our search across Ontario and Quebec, giving them access to a broader pool of highly qualified English and French-speaking talent.

The Results & Impact
